Gloria, these all look like very useful questions but I think you also need to add some questions that will provide you with information about the spending power of your audience so you can price your product accordingly. You also need to find out about their wider media consumption. Knowing about what TV, film and music they consume (even what other books they read) will help you to know what elements to include in your comic.
